Amazing company. Woke up one more to the sound of rushing water. my basement had completely flooded. Called 911 Restoration of San Francisco and they had some out within an hour to check the damage. the water damage was serious, but they were able to get it taken care of efficiently and for a normal price!! I'm super thankful for their help and excellent customer service!!

Our tub leaked and we had some mold in the ceiling below. We called 911 restoration to see if we needed to do any remediation. We got an appointment in the time frame we needed. The Project Manager came to insect the issue, measured moisture levels and let us know we wouldn't need to pay them to mitigate. He recommended we remove the wet sheet rock and insulation ASAP and just let it dry out and we'd be fine. We got lucky because the leak wasn't extensive or long hidden. I really appreciated the honest service. They could have made an easy buck off of us, but they had too much integrity for that.

Flooded house is never a nice sight, especially when returning home after 3 days away. Luckily my neighbor was there and recommended 911 Restoration to handle this mess. Terry and his crew arrived quickly, and were super professional and courteous with handling my property and belongings. They extracted all water from the carpets and wood floors, and were able to save them. The drying took about 3 days, and was as smooth as it can be, considering the situation. Great job 911 Restoration!
